Toko, We think it could be a Cape Shoveler. I will send the photo through to Scipio and ask him as well. A better photo could shed some light maybe?

I thought that juvenile means immature, and this one has babies :-?

But I would rather not try and ID a bird (or duck) again, not nice to being =O: at.
