We don't want ANYTHING at Shingwedzi that reminds Northern Kruger lovers of 'Bricked & paved ' urban jungle Lower Sabie ..stay away from the North ..soon the only undeveloped place in the greater Kruger Transfrontier Park will be Gone re Zou ..very SAD

The accommodation and facilities at Shingwedzi Rest Camp will be inaccessible to visitors from 24 - 27 September 2015. Visitors will however be able to make use of the filling station, tuck shop and restrooms during this time.

=O: It's a counter where you buy things on small scale - sweeties, chips, maybe sandwiches, etc - not as big or varied as a shop.

No , actually it's an annual music event , with an annual symphony concert taking place . The whole camp is booked out for this every year . You need to book well in advance , and I believe it is really good ;-)
