I find the radio car comes from the direction of the the car from which is filmed as well... So, I rather doubt that "enraged visitor" thing but suspect somebody is looking for some limelight, well-knowing he / she can never admit that he / she was the offender and the filmer at the same time.

Just my theory.

It was just before April fool's as well...

The remote car operates extremely smoothly on a dirt road? Who has one of those things that can give expert comment? :-?
