This pic was posted on FB a while ago, with some speculation as to it's authenticity, but a video has now surfaced which shows it's definitely real. What a monster!!! :shock:

Details are rather scarce but this footage was taken in the Kruger National Park at Sunset Dam, in the Lower Sabie region and posted on YouTube last week. Judging by the size of the fully grown warthog in his mouth this croc is rather large, even with a bit of his tail missing.

Not sure about that RP . Seen more than ellie in KNP who had chunks out of their trunks , seemingly by crocs ?

Those are normally snares, okie! ;-)

The skin can actually grow around the wire, depending on the thickness! Extremely painful...lots of nerves there! :-(

But that one looks like a bite! :shock:
