MANYELETI

Characteristics
Small notch in right ear. Two small notches and a small hole in left ear. Both tusks curved inwards. Grass notch on right tusk.

Range
Letaba – Mopani.

He was in the riverbed and after some whispering he came to me to say Hello
feeling comfortable ? Yes we both did .... at a short distance with his impressive tusks ... great moment

It was like with NKOMBO... some whispering with him and he came to me after some drinking and "mudding". A friend you can trust so he came close and after saying hello he passed my car and went into the bush

While staying in Mopani this tusker was in my mind ... just wanted to see him. Driving around several days but no sign of him. Then... not long for closing time and driving back to Mopani camp suddenly next to the road ...there he was...
Seen him in 2011 , 2012, 2014 now in 2016 again... and his tusks growing and growing.

This one I found in 2008 , seen him in 2014 and again in Oct/Nov 2016 ....

After no sign of him for almost a year and not seen that often overall it's nice to show some pics of him. At short distance again. :-)

He was in the potential tusker section but I met him during my last trip in Oct/Nov 2106.

Now we have a good view on him from all sides including ID details so time to add him to the tusker section.
(find the small holes in the left ear....) :-)
