I think Okie could very well do with some Dubbin,..

and greased back follicles on the dome, those still
still remaining,..

That little bird is more a pest than a pet :X: Treating my house as a foraging/hunting ground , and leaving her droppings behind 0*\
She raises her children on my doorstep , and teaches them the same bad manners 0=

In the meantime , the resident African Hoopoo is also raising a clutch of youngsters , foraging on front of the house ..

bird droppings,..call it fertilizer,..but besides all

Maybe we should have a "best plot of 2017" competition between you and H.? :twisted:

Seeing as it is matric time...I remember one year when a hoopoe decided to sit in the upper windows at the back of our school hall and scream his call endlessly...I couldn't get to him, so it was a tough afternoon! lol

I can send you some untanned rabbit skins from which you can make nice warm slippers to wear while you sit on your stoep ;-)
