This fisherman's story is worth telling , for a few reasons;
It was the first time one of the family had the chance to go fishing as far north as Beira(Mozambiqe). Normally fishing is done South from Inhabane (rock and surf ) and boat at Inhaca Island. Then also Richards Bay in Kzn.
The young men have to do a log run(move supplies) and have the chance to test the waters of Beira.
Needless to say it was one of these trips , as they catch and release about 30 GT's only the one day.
On first two pic's the youngest of the family , lots of reason's to smile.The average weight of the GT's 25 kg.
ps. He is the Bull supporter in the family.

The successful lure , note the wear and tear , there was a definite popular and less popular choice. Single hook's was the most successful

Then there was time also to try the Tiger Fish potential.In a Badskottel. Unfortunately the water start raising due to the heavy rain.It was the start of the floods Feb 2013.When they return the Sunday the floods hit Moz the next day.
