For the sake of controversy or for the sake of not allowing the gents to take the lead lol lol

But I think the question is valid : in my opinion, it is not a problem to post different pictures of the same place with birds coming and going. What would not be fair is to have a single picture with, say, 4 birds A B C and D, and to crop that very same picture in different ways to exclude one ot two birds to have only A and B, then B and C, then A B and C, then A B and D, then B C and D and so on, and to post the differents crops of the same picture.

I believe that the only time that a photo will be unfair will be if it falls outside the rules..... :X:

Agreed, cropping a bird out of a pic would not be fair but if birds come and go, it's all good. \O
