lets just take another look at the orange coloured Namaqualand daisie - Dimorphotheca sinuata

At this time of the year , you also get fields of white rain daisies ( Witbotterblom ) - Dimorphotheca pluvialis , basically very much the same as the orange variety

And in between , other flowers , different colours such as these -- Limonium ( different ones of these too ) -- Statice -- ( Afrikaans - Papierblom ) they last forever and are great in dry arrangements although the flowers then usually turn white .

All these flowers are seen around within this the Worcester/Robertson area , and so on , along the roads , and in the fields .
Now , although to some extent , the displays are not necessarily as widespread ( huge patches ) like in Namaqualand , nevertheless worthwhile exploring .
In any event , although people tend to try and seek out those huge flower patches in Namaqualand , you also tend to come away somewhat " disappointed " if you do not experience that . The thing is , to really enjoy , you should go out amongst it , and check it out closely - at ground-level , so to speak .

Look at road-sides - yellow sorrel , orange gazanias , etc
