Technically speaking the animals in the park are wild - they roam free with the exception of the cheetah. They have their own large enclosure but are fed rather than hunt... my understanding is that it is very difficult to return cheetah to the wild - okonjima up in Namibia are one of the few places that have successfully done so \O

It might not have the wilderness feeling to it, but it sure offers superb photo opportunities!

Do the animals live wild or are they fed?

(I don't have an idea about the concept of a private park...)

No not particularly. The cheetah at the park are part of a breeding program, with these ones being the first born at the park in a while (the males are sometimes lent to other parks in the program as well). The cubs and mother are in a separate area from the rest of the adults, and to be honest it's a big area with not much chance of seeing them unless they are in exactly the right place - which they were for us O/\ O/\
