That is amazing - you got to see an echidna! O/\ I only saw one in a wildlife park.

M.C.S.R. Rainforest walk.

We were very lucky to this Pademelon very close to the entrance to the walk. Looks like a miniature kangaroo.

We also came across our first sighting of Flying Foxes. There were hundreds of them with some getting ready for their evening flight.

You are right Mel. We were told that we were very lucky to see one in the wild. At Australia Zoo we could not see them in their enclosure so this one our one and only to be seen.

More of those critters I only saw in that wildlife park. Pademelon and flying foxes in the wild - great stuff again. ^Q^

The walks in rain forests was amazing and when one sees those flying foxes flying in the dusk is stunning.
