During the Summer, or wet months, Elephants in the North & South of Kruger eat much of the same diet, but during the Winter, or dry months, their diets differ. What is this difference and why does it change?

Elephants eat grass during summer, and then change to eating bark and woody plants in winter when the grass dries.
