We have been warning about this for years. SP denied any such thing..the preferential tender PDZ rubbish is coming home to roost now! @#$

Yes, and in case you can't believe it, SP now have control over tourism developments within 3km of a Park's boundary. Neat!

So another potential 100 tourists entering every day. O/

In planning stages, not to be confused with Phalaborwa WAH, inside the Park. All this nonsense is privatised stuff, with tenders to follow. A scourge!

If it is outside the park, why underline that it is accessible after gate-closing time :-? -O-

Think Letaba ranch is further from gate than this and is over 42000 hectares with its own road network already. -O-

Ja, it borders on Kruger? This is not the Phalaborwa Hotel, or WAH...separate stuff! 0:

Tons of community infighting etc. at Letaba Ranch...

This sort of thing for example:

Mthimkhulu is a community that is comprised of two villages and who owns the Mthimkhulu Game Reserve – which is the most northern section of the Letaba Ranch Nature Reserve and open to Kruger National Park.

Used to go there in about 1996/1997, think it was R5 per person and R2 per vehicle. There was only 1 camp left and you could stay in a bungalow there for R50 per night. Was a nice setting right on the river. We used to go there and just stop off along river and have a braai then drive around. The fence was already broken in so many places between them and Kruger and was a nice drive along firebreak between the 2 reserves. Drive all day without seeing another vehicle. \O
