God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

Re: Lake, Sea, Rivers and Forests
Visited the hide but it was dead except for some Redknobbed coots and some nesting ones as well
None of the 4 pixs below anywhere in sight
These were from a previous visit
Dabchicks
Kingfisher
With the drought which is even evident here, there seemed not to be many flowers about. However the Wild dagga sure attracted the Sunbirds.
They really gave me a hard time not sitting still long enough to focus and off they went again to the next flower to suck up the little nectar there was.
Greater DoubleCollared Sunbird
Egyptian Goose
One legged Spoonbill Too many one legged birds around
Sunset
Morning view over the Touw River from the chalet
African Hoopoe
Mouse peeking through the vegetation
Stralitzia (Bird of Paradise) with some green figs
Again a one legged bird, this time a Cape Wagtail
Who goes down there below
It is a mouse
