Why should they not clean up the place first and then a dustbin and a few signboard ?

It's the only getout spot for miles that is sort of private...nearest is Granokop, where bush ablutions take place on a much more limited scale. Then of course Afsaal further away.

We saw a similar thing at one of the lookouts on the H10! :evil:
