So after setting up camp and starting a fire, it was time to relax and you guessed it time for a
please excuse the never wearing a shirt, i was white as milk and took every opportunity to tan and enjoy the weather.
Time for bed, well my friend AJ and my daughter, i wanted to get a 5:30 exit time but we had some loud neighbours.
So i stayed up a little longer.
Then at about midnight a group of about 12 kids(20/21 years old and drunk) decided to start playing 30 seconds at the resturant pool, and seeing we had the first camp site next to the pool area it was rather annoying.
Anyways, 5:00 i was in the shower, i get back and Tiana was awake so we climbed in the car and were 2nd at the gate.
We had arranged with my mate that we would be back between 8 and 9 for breakfast to plan out the rest of the day.
I decided on Tilodi - nkwe - tswene - hippo loop(hoping to see the central pride) Pilanesberg centre Tlou, Tshukude eNtsho and back to camp via Tswene.
This being Pilanesberg there were 3 animals on my wishlist Rain/Pula the female cheetah with her 4 cubs(have seen cheetah twice here but many moons ago), leopard, never seen before and the elusive buffalo, now a herd of over 200 TB free specimens.
Rain had been recently seen in the vicinity of tlou dams hence it was on my route, and the buffalos are usually seen tlou/safara.
Sightings included rhino, general game, secretary birds, some bee eater(ID would be appreciated) and a ellie in the road(Was told it was Pilane)
Due to the nature of the sightings i am posting the pictures in no particular order according to roads or times.
One thing that shocked/surprised me was the number of asians in the park. Now i'm sure some of them are there to enjoy nature but some have more sinister ideas IMHO.
What was also very surprising was how close we could get to the zebra's and wildebeest.
Just love the markings
As you will see with some more shots, i told Tiana to take a bum shot.
It became one of her highlights, telling me every time she made one
and then still saying, "dad, i'm sure that thats a boy"
More pics uploading, will post through out the day

I was wondering about that too, Flutty Maybe Joe is more mature now and thinks that he needs an excuse for his top less appearances

Ja, Joe! Good pics!
I don't think you were ever a shirt fan, as I recall, and also thanks for inviting me to Africa Wild years back, never told you that!
Need more tips on how to survive a long flight, but the plan seems ok?
Just laughed big time at the "I think it's a boy!"

Plenty beers and smokes before boarding Sounds like me
I enjoy the fact that your daughter knows an old surfing hand signal
It must have been cool to be back in the bush
It seems that every camp site has its share of faulty noisy people
The zebra is definitely a boy
