Kgalagadi is my favourite place on earth. I used to spend a great deal of time there, but since moving up north I have not been back. I miss the place a lot, but will be back soon enough.

Yes ...The are easy for you to find, no long grass etc.

This pride came running over the pan at Samevloeiing from the Botswana side and then had a well deserved drink of water. These were the most I could get into one photo..........some of them were still on their way to the waterhole..........including the "boss".........the babies were waiting for them on the dune by the waterhole and came down when the saw the rest of the pride.
