The water is so clean \O

Love the black squirrel too \O
Pooky - that water was so crystal clear - unbelievable.

I would love to see that one day
Hi B.C. - The sight of those falls is a sight we will never forget - we watch the video on a regular basis. We hope you do get to see them one day.

Mel wrote:Amazing pictures, STF. I just love anything with splashing water.
Yes Mel - even my little water feature gets me excited. 0- 0- =O: =O:

Awesome trip you guys had here \O

Love the Racoon and the flowers everywhere ^Q^

The waterfall is magnificent - yet I might say no for the boat ride -O

The tower reminded me of the JG Strijdom tower which I had the pleasure of going up in,
you could also see very far... even the Voortrekker Monument on a clear day. That was back in the late '70's.

Thanks for the comments Amoli.

I can also remember going up in the J G Strijdom tower which in those days was the highest building one could ever see.

Saturday 7 July 2007.

Relaxed after our tiring day yesterday.
No photos.

Sunday 8 July 2007.

Took a ride out to Tottenham to catch a steam train but unfortunately the steam locomotive was in for service so we had a great big dirty diesel.

We then went to a conservation area nearby for a picnic lunch. There was a bike and car show on which was very interesting. Some pics of the old cars.

Monday 9 July 2007.

Packed for our flight back to London.
No photos.

Tuesday 10 July 2007.

Arrived back at Gatwick airport 10:00 - exhausted as we had very little sleep on the plane. Quite a rough ride back due to storms around.
No photos.

Wednesday 11 July 2007.

Took a tube to Green Park station to watch changing of the guards and a tour of Royal Gallery and Mews.
No photos.

Thursday 12 July 2007.

Stayed at home and relaxed.
No photos.

Friday 13 July 2007.

Spent the day with my nephew in Reading.
No photos.

Saturday 14 July 2007.

Up at 04:00 to go to Royal International Air Tattoo with Ken and my cousin. When we left London it was raining and really miserable but by the time we got there it had started clearing up. By the time the air show started at 11:00 it was a brilliant day. A few photos of some of the aircraft we saw. All photos by Pete (my nephew) as I was doing video.

I cannot remember what aircraft this was.

Great aviation shots STF!!! \O I love the "vlamgatte" and the Catalina is special! X#X

I can just imagine the sound during the Battle of Britain fly past, those old war birds sound so deep and throaty. ;-)

Thanks Toko. We loved those classic cars.

I hope it was not the same frecce tricolori. I was not aware that there had been a crash.
