Camps open at 4.30 in summer so it must be a dam close to a camp, facing east. Would say Sunset Dam but the sun would be coming up behind you! :?

I'd hazard a guess at Shingwedzi river loops but they only open the east gate 15 minutes later these days.

I don't know the park as well, but please allow me to give my impressions... :

reading the quiz - it could be at Lower Sabie on a bridge, with a waterfall just below it. :roll: :roll:

One side quite flow of the river, then the tumble of the waterfall under the bridge and the the noise on the other side ??? :roll: :roll:

and one can sit there and watch the sun rising over the water.......
