We stayed at the 2-bed safari tents this weekend, jolly nice!
There is a little circle of them around the lawn east of the filling station, while 7 and 8 are on the northern fence next to the campsite. We were at No 2.
This is the most silent fan in Africa:
There are NO utensils, but ablutions and communal kitchen are nearby.

That specific tent area is VERY noisy...not for afternoon snoozes!

Quite cheap, though.

No, those activities are expensive, the tents are cheaper.
External is if people come from outside the park for the drives and walks, presumably leaving their cars at the gate. Most entrance points have that.
