Doing chicken on the braai is no good IMO. It has to cook slowly and for a looooong time.

I love to braai a flatty. It keeps a braai master busy to turn it very often.
My flatty tastes even better than kfc or nandos

We have small adult chickens and they are very tender and taste good and would be perfect for braaiing flat

I usually braai one barbecue and one lemon and herb chicken. Delicious
