My dad used to be the most organised person in the world, but things are changing fast!

The water level situation was very strange...some dams were very low or empty and others had more water in them than I'd ever seen.

Yellow-billed Hornbill...we actually saw a lot less hornbills than usual.


There were Barn Swallows all over the place, and they especially love sitting on the tar.

The steenboks are mostly like that, if you have the time to take a Especially if alone. In couple, they seem to be less shy

Am enjoying seeing all the green, and the animal colors seem more vibrant against that backdrop Lovely pics, as per your usual

Never seen so many swallows! Some steenbok are very calm and others bolt as soon as they see you.

We made a quick pit stop at Skukuza then carried on down the H4-1 to Lower Sabie. It was very hot and extremely quiet.
