My dad used to be the most organised person in the world, but things are changing fast!
The water level situation was very strange...some dams were very low or empty and others had more water in them than I'd ever seen.

Those cloud bird pics against the sky are difficult, Flutts!

There are lots of swallows here too
Good that there is lots to eat
As RP says, birds against the sky, if they are not close, is a real pain
The steenboks are mostly like that, if you have the time to take a

Especially if alone. In couple, they seem to be less shy

Never seen so many swallows!

Some steenbok are very calm and others bolt as soon as they see you.
All's well that ends well.

We made a quick pit stop at Skukuza then carried on down the H4-1 to Lower Sabie. It was very hot and extremely quiet.
