Yes, they do need to post a sign at the entrance to the trail up to the Hide, in my opinion. We were staying in Chalet #1 and I saw a number of people looking around unable to see the beginning. I would go and ask and show them the way. We went up there one night after dinner and it is very pretty. They did a lovely job with the waterhole. I think the animals just need time to discover the new waterhole, but should be a really nice spot to sit a spell in the future.
