Today day back to civilization !!! I have to return the car at 4pm. O-/
I would like to leave TR before noon, I do not like this long straight road that leads to Upington. The car must be properly filled so that it can be easily unloaded before returning it to the agency at the airport. And before the start, I have to inflate the tires, fill the tank with the 2 jerricans I haven't used 0*\

We left for our last drive in the park ... around 9.30am and we go to lunch again in Melkvlei, far too far in my opinion, we will never be in time to the car rental agency. As a Swiss lady I am anguished, I am not accustomed to such long delays =O:

We go back to the Owl, which does not appear more cooperative, a Steenbok is grazing on the other side of the river bed, not common to find them so close to TR. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly a Dunkel Beetle. A first for me in the park.

At Leudrill again Autruchons. Further on a Martial. It is noon when we picnic in Melkvlei, under the benches a Ground Squirrel makes faces to receive to eat
Barn Owl is a little more cooperative, a small victory for my friends, 13:30 still a few flowers ... but it is high time to return to TR to take the road of civilization.

I returned the car at 5.30pm, without having time to refuel, or to wash it a little, it is disgusting ... there was nobody in the office, I had to put the keys in a box

À suivre... with my dream... became reality... O/\ O/\ O/\
