Wow! It looks like a Verraux's eagle, but I cannot see distinctively the colours .

The green-backed herons sometimes stand still for very long, completely immobile :shock:

You cannot really see the colours in that light. It could be a lot of things. Do you have a better idea? :twisted:

You would see the yellow bill and eyering even if it was flying for off overhead ^0^ it's quite distinctive 0'

Crowned would have a pale gape visible, and it's too large for a snake-eagle, everthing else has a pale or yellow bill 0'
