From the Mkadebona Memorial Wall on FB:

Mkadebona of Tembe was found dead from natural injuries on Mon 7th January 2013 , aged about 45 years. He was a favorite at the waterhole for web cam viewers and for visitors to Tembe Elephant Park. He held the elephant status of 2nd largest Tusker in Southern Africa.
