Agreed - I also saw it and things certainly didn't look good. It's often hard to tell the real story with Carte Blanche. I would imagine that all parks have some rough edges - whether that be infrastructure problems, staff issues etc. But everything together really painted a bad picture O-/

It is my impression that too many persons in key positions do not know how to do their job 0-

Ja, also saw it...

Carte Blanche can be skew at times...and officials are petrified of talking to them, IMO, sometimes.

But money is money, and especially the drained wetlands is unacceptable! O/
