The department urged the public to report any illegal activity involving rhino.

:shock: here they are to start... fix the fences and then patrolling along these fences 0*\

and if is the rest of old fences... have to remove... it's a national park not a dumping-ground 0'

It would appear that Wynand has stated that the fence in question (or lack thereof) is between KNP and "tribal land"!
