The R531 between White River and Numbi is closed today, but the gate is still accessible from the Hazyview side! 0()

There are not any excuses for vandalism, never! But if the service delivery situation is as bad as sometimes has been stated, IMO a protest is OK.

If RP is right and there is no reason to protest, then they have no right to occupy public spaces (road in this case) and should be sent home with a police report hanging over their heads O**

If they have permission to demonstrate, yes! but I doubt that it's ever the case ;-)
