Hi
Centipedes undergo incomplete metamorphosis and develop though nymphal stages. You probably just saw an adult female with her nymphal young. Centipedes do look after their eggs and I know in some families, the female stays with the nymphs until they disperse. There is great perennial care in centipedes, but I’m not sure if the female would feed her offspring.

Do you know if it's a Giant Flattened Dung Beetle or Large Copper Dung Beetle? O**
