We were watching a Bataleur soaring just above the trees, it suddenly turned and flew right at our car (I think it may even have hit the car) we stopped turned around and found it with a snake in its mouth. One for the books.

Lower Sabie. Sometimes you need a big cup of coffee and a good companion to wait and shoot a beautiful flight. I had just some seconds to photograph that eagle, but I had to wait more than forty minutes for the vulture to leave the tree. Tinged by Dinho (Photos)

We decided to go back to the leopard sighting on the S79. On top of all that, we also had a sighting of a bateleur on a dikkop kill.
