I'd say that that is a hinged one, Lis.

It looks darker and - I'm not sure if it's coincidence or if it's another feature to distinguish the both - from the pictures I have seen on the net,
it seems that the marsh terrapin's shell isn't as "smooth" as the serrated hinged one's d :-?

Lis, yours has a serrated rear carapace lol and is not flat
