The one who gave it the name "demoiselle" obviously did not know what it means 
I looked it up and it seems that "demoiselle" in english is a synonym of dragonfly

Right now I am looking at a documentory from Denamrk and it is incredible the number of animals living in a beautiful forest in the north of the country, that I have never been too. It is beautiful and I feel so nostalgic. If you could be more ceratin of the weather, we would have gone years ago, but........
